INTENDED PARENTS STEP BY STEP PROCESS

  • IPs complete the short application to request a Free Consultation. 
  • IP identifies where they are in the process and if fertility treatment for genetics or Donor genetics will be used in the surrogacy program. We work with the best fertility clinic in Colombia for this part of the process 
  • IPs sign an agreement with MyWarmEmbrace.com; IPs pay the first installment in accordance with the JTPMO LLC invoice
  • Surrogate legal administration, screening and medical preparation commences​
  • Once the Partner Clinic has finalized and approve the Surrogate Candidate. The Embryo transfer takes place.​
  • Upon confirmed surrogate pregnancy. The MyWarmEmbrace team will provide all liaison and coordination with our team in Colombia throughout the pregnancy​
  • IPs receive regular updates and access to medical reports, ultrasound images, blood test results.As well as the surrogates pregnancy progress.
  • In the final month of pregnancy, the doctor will advise a tentative delivery date. This provides estimated travel dates for IP to travel to Colombia.
  • MyWarmEmbrace legal team will assist to obtain the birth certificate and with the passport applications for the child to return to the IP home country after birth
